Electric car rental terms
Agree on documents, price, deposit, mileage and return before payment. The agreement records the terms.
Driver and documents
Drivers must be at least 20 and have at least two years of driving experience. Citizens of Belarus, Russia and other countries need a passport and valid driving licence. The manager may request additional documents in individual cases; provide a medical certificate if required.
Rental payment
Pay 100% of the rental price for the full period before collecting the car. We accept cash, bank cards and bank transfers. The deposit can be paid using the same methods. Check whether your foreign card is accepted before arrival.
Security deposit
The deposit usually equals one day of rental at the selected rate. The amount depends on the car, driving experience and citizenship. We confirm it before payment. The deposit is returned after inspection and both parties sign the return report, subject to deductions specified in the agreement.
Delivery and collection outside the office
During working hours, delivery or collection within the Minsk Ring Road costs 45–60 BYN. Delivery to Minsk National Airport costs 90 BYN; airport delivery and collection together cost 180 BYN. Service outside working hours is available by prior arrangement at a separately agreed price.
Opening hours
We work every day from 09:00 to 21:00, including weekends, and handle enquiries during these hours. Return the car by 20:00. Arrange any handover outside working hours in advance.
Mileage, travel area and charging
Travel within Belarus is allowed. The agreement specifies mileage limits, excess mileage charges and any permission to travel abroad. Pickup charge and return requirements are recorded in the handover report. Do not fully discharge the traction battery.
Early return and cancellation
If you return the car before the agreed end date, we refund 50% of the rental price for the unused period. Agree on booking cancellation or date changes with the manager; these terms are recorded in the agreement.
Use restrictions
Only drivers named in the agreement may drive the car. Using the car for commercial gain, criminal activity or transporting prohibited substances is forbidden. Observe speed limits. Breaches may result in early repossession without refund of rental payments or the deposit; consequences are recorded in the agreement.
