Preparing for your rental

Drivers must be at least 20 years old with at least two years of driving experience. Bring your passport and driving licence. Provide your dates and route: the manager checks availability and agrees on the deposit and restrictions before payment. The full rental period is paid in advance by cash, card or bank transfer.

Where to collect and return your car

We receive customers at 3/1-7 Molodyozhnaya Street, Bolshoy Trostenets. Arrange your visit and pickup in advance. We work daily from 09:00 to 21:00; standard car returns are by 20:00.

During working hours, delivery or collection within the Minsk Ring Road costs 45–60 BYN. Delivery outside the Ring Road or working hours is quoted separately. If you are arriving by plane, choose pickup at Minsk Airport: delivery costs 90 BYN, or 180 BYN for delivery and collection together during working hours.

Planning city charging

Before your trip, find a compatible station near your accommodation or workplace and a backup option. Check availability and payment methods in the operator’s app. At pickup, we show the connector and charging procedure. Our charging guide helps you prepare the apps and end a charging session.

At pickup, record the car’s condition and battery charge in the handover report. Agree on the return charge level and mileage terms before signing the rental agreement.
