Electric car rental in Belarus for Russian citizens

Documents and requirements

Drivers must be at least 20 with at least two years of driving experience. Bring a passport and valid driving licence. Tell the manager that you are a Russian citizen: additional documents may be needed in individual cases.

The website enquiry requires only your name and phone number. Agree on how to provide documents with the manager.

Rates, payment and deposit

Prices are in BYN per day. Rental periods are 1–3, 4–7, 8–15 and 16–30 days. The lowest rate applies to the final period.

Pay 100% of the full rental price before pickup, by cash, bank card or bank transfer. Check whether your foreign card is accepted in advance. The deposit usually equals one day at the selected rate; it depends on the car, driving experience and citizenship. We confirm it before payment and return it after inspection and both parties sign the return report, subject to deductions specified in the agreement.

Pickup and return

We work every day from 09:00 to 21:00. Return the car by 20:00. During working hours, delivery or collection within the Minsk Ring Road costs 45–60 BYN; airport delivery costs 90 BYN, or 180 BYN for airport delivery and collection together. Arrange pickup outside working hours in advance.

For pickup after a flight, provide the flight number and read the airport handover guide. For early returns, we refund 50% of the rental price for the unused period.

Travel within Belarus

The agreement and handover report specify the travel area, mileage and required return charge. Travel abroad requires separate approval. Read the rental terms, choose the Mir and Nesvizh route and prepare for charging.
