Where can I collect the car?
We hand over cars in Minsk by prior arrangement. During working hours, delivery or collection within the Minsk Ring Road costs 45–60 BYN. Airport delivery costs 90 BYN; airport delivery and collection together cost 180 BYN.
What are the driver requirements?
Drivers must be at least 20 with at least two years of driving experience. A passport and valid driving licence are required. Additional documents may be requested in individual cases.
How do I pay for the rental?
Pay 100% of the full rental price before pickup. We accept cash, bank cards and bank transfers. Check whether your foreign card is accepted in advance.
How much is the deposit and when is it returned?
The deposit usually equals one day at the selected rate. It depends on the car, driving experience and citizenship. It is returned after inspection and both parties sign the return report, subject to deductions specified in the agreement.
What happens if I return the car early?
We refund 50% of the rental price for the unused period.
When can I collect and return the car?
We work and handle enquiries every day from 09:00 to 21:00. Return the car by 20:00. Arrange delivery outside working hours in advance.
Can I drive throughout Belarus?
Yes, within the travel area and mileage agreed in the contract. Travel abroad requires separate approval.
How do I charge the rental car?
At pickup, we show the connector and charging procedure. Check stations and operator apps before travelling. The required return charge is recorded in the handover report.
What is the minimum rental duration?
One day. Rate periods are 1–3, 4–7, 8–15 and 16–30 days.
Does the website enquiry confirm a booking?
After submission, the manager checks the car and dates. The booking is confirmed once the terms are agreed.
Can a Russian citizen rent a car?
Yes, from age 20 with at least two years of driving experience. Prepare a passport and driving licence; agree on additional documents and the deposit before arrival.
