Prepare charging stops

At pickup, record the battery level and agree on the charge required at return. Choose a main station and a backup, checking connector compatibility, payment and access. Check operating status again before departure.

Listed range cannot predict the exact charge remaining after this route. Allow for weather, speed and heating. If you plan to charge while visiting a castle, check the walking distance to the entrance and the operator's rules once charging ends.

Pickup and return

AnyCar works every day from 09:00 to 21:00, with regular car returns by 20:00. Plan the return journey to leave time for charging, inspection and signing the return report. Arrange handover outside working hours in advance.

Pay for the whole rental period before pickup. The deposit usually equals one day at the selected rate; we confirm the amount based on the car, driving experience and citizenship. For early returns, we refund 50% of the rental price for the unused period.
